How do we get there?
The island is 50 minutes from the Savannah, GA airport and 1 hour and 45 minutes from the Charleston, SC airport. Hilton Head also has its own small commercial air terminal with service on US Airways/American. You will need transportation to get around on the island and we can arrange for van rentals of varying sizes depending on your needs. You may also drive directly to the island. Many teams drive or travel by coach bus to Hilton Head as it is a day's drive from the Mid-Atlantic and Ohio, 14 hours from New York and the upper Midwest, and 18 hours from New England (teams are responsible for housing bus drivers).

Where do we stay?
All teams are housed in Harbour Town in the heart of Sea Pines in fully furnished villas of one, two, three and four bedrooms with laundry facilities, full kitchens and WiFi. The Sea Pines Resort includes pools, a fitness center, miles of bike trails, and an ocean beach within walking, biking or running distance. Harbour Town is a beautiful and safe location, ideal for a team trip and a team bonding experience.
What about team fans, parents, boosters, etc.?

What are the dates?
This coming spring we are running sessions from February 28 - April 6, 2025. Teams come for varying lengths of time, from three to seven nights.
What about meals?
The villas all are fully equipped for cooking and eating in. This can be a great team bonding activity. Local restaurants are plentiful and many will offer team discounts. We also have made arrangements with the Piggly Wiggly Super Market to have groceries delivered to your villa prior to your arrival. You order in advance and the villas are stocked before you check in. This is a service many teams make use of and it makes arrival day much simpler for coaches!

Are there any provisions for our training needs?
The program has athletic trainers on staff and available to all teams.
What about officials?
All games are officiated by qualified officials, many with experience at the highest levels of the game (included in the price, regardless of the number of games you play).
Is this a tournament?
It is not a tournament. We do facilitate playing official in-season games, if you have scheduled them for your stay, We take care of fields, umpires, AT’s, video and game staffing.
How is the week structured?
We want to know what your practice and game requirements are and will do our best to match those. We also encourage you to take some time off to enjoy your stay on the island.
What else is there to do during the week?
There are miles of broad, sandy beaches. Bike trails cover the island and rentals are very affordable. Tennis court time is complimentary. Other activities include golf, fishing, miniature golf, shopping, kayaking, movie theaters, bowling, water sports and a whole range of other vacation activities.
What is the cost?
Prices per player range from $635 -$775 per player depending upon the length of stay (three nights – seven nights) Coaches’ costs are for housing only regardless of the number of coaches and vary by the type of housing requested (one bedroom villa , two bedroom villa, etc.). We will be happy to quote you an exact price based upon your specific circumstances.
Are there team or coach incentives for signing up?
We have several incentives based on the number of players attending from a given team. If you meet our early deposit date (Sep 30 ,2024) will receive a 5% discount on the per-player cost.. Call or email us so that we can quote you an exact price for your team and staff.
What is the timetable for deciding whether or not to attend?
A team deposit of $1500 is due Nov 1, 2024 to secure your spot (fully refundable until January 3, 2025). Some weeks will fill up so please get a deposit in, Space will be allotted on a first come- first served basis. A deposit received by Sep 30th will also make you eligible for the early deposit discount (5% off the per player price).
Can I cancel my trip?
Deposits are fully refundable until January 3, 2025. Cancellations for individual players or team after January 3, 2025 may incur a $250 per player charge plus any unrecoverable costs.
Traveling by coach bus or activity bus? Where can your bus drivers stay?
